Summer Sundays

- Event Description:
  
  Youth & Teens are eligible to participate in a church-sponsored activity to a location away from the church site. This activity will take place under the guidance & supervision of an employee from St. Nicholas Catholic Church.
  Purpose of Trip: SNYM End of Summer Celebration
  Destination: NPE Playground and Nature Trail
  Designated supervisor of activity: Beth Sauer/ Youth Minister
  Date & time of departure: 3pm Sunday, September 7th, 2025
  Date and anticipated time of return: 6pm Sunday, September 7th, 2025
  Method of transportation: Walk with group OR provided by parent
  Clothing/Equipment/Supplies needed: Walking Shoes (Closed Toes) & Jacket
  Cost: Free (there is no fee for this event)
  7th-12th grade Youth & Teens attending this event will walk together as a group from St. Nicholas Catholic Church to the North Pole Elementary Playground, North Pole Nature Trail, and back to the church. A sandwich picnic will be provided by SNYM.
  Parents/legal guardians may provide transportation for their Youth/ Teen to participate in this event, OR Youth/ Teens may accompany the SNYM, Mrs. Sauer and certified assistants who will be walking with the group.

I absolve St. Nicholas Catholic Church and its employees or chaperones from any and all forms of negligence and wrong treatment incurred in the procurement and process of hospitalization and medical treatment.
